Crescent City Fuchsia
Society
www.ccfuchsia.net
The club participates in various community events and
maintains a fuchsia garden at the Del Norte County Fair Grounds. The big
club event of the year is the Del Norte County Fair. The club puts on a
fuchsia plant and flower show, which has become one of the major attractions
of the fair. It is a large fuchsia show. In conjunction with the fair the
club also puts on a fuchsia plant sale featuring 2", 4", and 6" fuchsia
starter plants as well as large hanging basket plants and standard fuchsia
tree plants. Many people come to the fair just to see and buy our gorgeous
fuchsia plants.

Southwest Portland
Fuchsia Society
www.swportlandfuchsia.org Often, when
fuchsias are mentioned, our minds go to the
beautiful, full, hanging baskets dripping with blossoms that remind us of
dainty ballerinas. That is a true picture, however, we would like to
acquaint you with many other varieties, such as uprights, hardies in the ground
all year, species, encliandras and triphyllas. Fuchsias are a great addition
to any garden, deck or patio. |

(Under construction)
The Australian Fuchsia Society, based in Adelaide, South
Australia, has provided this basic site to serve the needs of fuchsia loving
folk, not only in our great country, but worldwide. Despite the difficult
growing conditions (high temperatures and at times drought) and the vast
distances, the AFS has provided a service to its members and staged annual
shows for over 34 years. |
